How do I access the simulator?

Once you book your session, you will receive instructions on how to access the building with our Bluetooth enabled key system and how to work the simulator. Please watch our instructional videos before arriving. If you have ANY questions, Call or Text us at 801-726-6140. If you would like an in-person demonstration, please let us know!

 

Are training aids available to use for free?

Yes! We want you to get better. We provide top of the line golf training aids used by pga and lpga players during your session.

 

Can I bring my family and friends?

Absolutely! You pay by the hour, not the person! We have fun carnival and competitive games available for all! We don’t recommend more than 6 people so you are able to get the most out of your experience and ample play time.

 

How long does it take to play 18 holes?

Depends on skill level! On average, 1 golfer can get through 18 holes in about 1 hour on the simulator.

 

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We kindly ask to please clean up after your session. We also have a fully stocked fridge with soda and water, as well as a variety of snacks to choose from. Each session includes one premium drink and snack and unlimited water for all guests.

 

Do you have a bathroom?

Yes we do!

 

Do you provide clubs and balls?

Yes, we have a right-handed adult club set to use for free. We encourage you to bring your own clubs. We also provide premium golf balls to use during your session. Clubs and balls must be clean before using our simulator. Please help us keep our equipment top of the line!

 

Why only 30 memberships?

We want our customers to have the best experience possible. With that being said, we want scheduling to be easy and accommodating for all with ample available times. If all our slots are full for memberships, you can contact us to sign up for the waitlist.

 

If I sign up for a membership or book a time by the hour, can my family or friends use it without me?

The registered user who bought and is listed on the membership or session must be present. If you would like to add a family member or friend to your membership, contact us for add-on pricing options.

 

Will someone be there for my session?

No, this is a self-serve gig. We want you to feel like this is your own private simulator. Play music, watch what you want, bring friends and family and enjoy this completely private experience. If you would like an in-person demonstration, please reach out to us at 801-726-6140.
